Vacation in the Sand is designed to give the guest a more personal experience without all of the advertising and fees that are inherent with the bigger listing sights. We attempt to maintain wonderful beach vacation rentals at an affordable cost without adding 10-20% on top of the rental amount for commisions & listing site service fees. We obviously have to have some fees like cleaning, or additional rental equipment desired by the guest but we do not have or believe in wild service fees.
